I have extensive expertise and skill in all types of financial claims on divorce, separation and relationship breakdown,  I feel that adopting a constructive and efficient approach to family law problems benefits clients rather then focus on the issues dividing them. Since 2005 I have been a Collaborative family law practitioner, successfully assisting many clients to reach a legally binding out of court settlement providing the best possible outcome for their needs, whilst avoiding the often traumatic court process;  a fair proportion of these have been 'high net worth' divorces involving company assets.

I have undertaken a wide range of complex children matters over my 13 years as a family lawyer, including International child abduction and contact and residence disputes and assist many clients in finding a solution through court, or by agreement. 

From Novermber 2011 I will be also providing Mediation services for families and am committed to assisting family law clients to find a solution, though court or otherwise which leaves them able to move on to a fresh life feeling empowered.

In my spare time I practise yoga and am the general slave to a young daughter and two demanding cats.
