Suing question:

Last year my son was given an incorrect A Level grade due to an admin mistake made by the exam board for which they have apologised. It meant he failed to get onto the uni course he wanted. He ended up on a 4year course. We now find, almost a year later that he had indeed achieved the required grade. An extra year of financing and his future ambitions have been affected. OCR (the exam board) admit mistake and apologised but I think they should be held accountable financially. What do you think ? What should I do?
