Business premises question:
I have the head lease (100+ yrs) for commercial premises (offices and garage). It has proved impossible to trace the freeholder for 15+ yrs.. Is there a legal procedure I can use to change the use of the premises from commercial to residential in this situation, i.e., with an absentee freeholder?
