Family and relationships question:
my ex husband has stopped paying maintenance for my 18 year old daughter who is studying a BTEC at Southport college I receive tax credit and child allowance for her The original judgement says he must pay until she is 18 or in full time secondary education.He pays for hi 16 yr old son but i have never had an increase in maintenance since 2007 As a point of law was is secondary education in this case
