   I broke my leg, tripping on a badly-maintained pavement. My husband immediately contacted Mr. Chappell. He was extremely helpful and took up our case with East Sussex CC, on a no win / no fee basis. This took nearly 2 years, partly awaiting my recovery so costs etc. could be established. He kept me well informed and well advised during the lengthy process, and several times advised me to reject offers to settle out of court. I was very satisfied with his service, and also the outcome.

   Comment

   I was seriously injured in an industrial accident in 2010 and contacted Crispin Chappell at Chappell Pascoe solicitors for advice. From the outset i found Mr Chappell to be extremely knowledgable, kind natured and he kept me regulary informed throughout the period of my claim (which was successful).

   I would thoroughly recommend Mr Chappell to anyone who has been involved in an accident that wasn't their fault, a truly excellent personal injury solicitor!
