Employment question:

I worked for a company just over 4 years, everything was find fine with ups and downs, till last 6 months when we had a new boss who was appointed by the new company who just both us from the previous employers, My life and carer turned upside down with pressure to resign, and luck of support to perform my role fully. I have been issued a written warning with reason of poor performance, which I appealed against, Also I have raised a formal grievance against my boss's behaviors long 1 2 1's harassment asking me to resign... THE issues I have now is the Company has treated me unfairly by the length how long took them to deal with both my disciplinary appeal and still out standing grievance outcome, the other issue is: my appeal against my disciplinary is not supported and not upheld and now is in my boss's favor which will allow him to continue his tactics of getting rid of me! the company's grounds are poor performance achieving budget targets, my grounds are the company and my line manger's luck of support and stripping me off some of my key factors which could help me to achieve my fanatical targets. I am now so worried that everything is working against my grounds and not been listened to by the company. I do have so many evidences of bieng treated differently, and actions of hard work to improve my performances. BUT I feel the company ( HR) would just work against me, supporting my Line manger's grounds, this will establish more pressure, discipliners on me to leave, or get sucked after 4 years of hard work which one of the years I was voted one of the best performers in the company by the prvious company who sold the buisnes to the current one. NOT sure were to turn too, or what best suggestion would suite my case.

It would appear that you have already exhaused the grievance process. You have also appealed against the written warning. When an employees finds that they can no longer work with the employer due to what appears to be a lack of trust and confidence, employees MAY feel that they must resign. This is your decision but I would suggest that you talk about the pitfalls and advantages of doing this. There may also be other issues as you refer to unfair treatment but do not say on what grounds.
