Suing question:
hi i brought my 3yr olddaughter a fruit shoot from the shop as my 3yr old like her fruit shoot well she didnt start drinkin till later that night befor bed because she like a quick drink befor bed she started drinkin this robinson fruit shoot drank half of it nd started heavin sayin (mummy not like yach) so iv unscreewed the top and smelt the juice as you do the smell for the bottle was so strong i nearly threw up iv poored the juiced into a clear class nd there is a big clump in it i fone fruit shoot the morning after nd they said they will send me a box out to send back and get examined and send me the results back out eversince my daughter has had belly ache and the poos iv taken her to the doctor and the doctor has told me that it is mold in the bottle and that is what has given my little one the belly ache i have to make another appointment for a week iv she stilll has the belly ache and poohs i just dont no what my rights are on this or even if i have a good enough case to sue ??
