Business premises question:
if a premises license has been granted for activities untill 4.30am but the planning permission is only 11pm can i still go until 4.30 or only 11pm. if the latter then is there anyway around this until i do apply?

The situation is that the earlier time will apply - ie that you have to close at 11pm. Unfortunately, Planning and Licensing have different standards and this situation is not uncommon.
It is entirely possible to apply to remove the restriction, but generally a planning application is required. Whilst you could carry on regardless, there is a possibility that you might get a visit from an enforcement officer who could then serve a notice on you. Obviously, it could also prejudice the application.
