Freehold flat, can one inforce registered covenants?I own the forcourt with other owners having the right of way to drive to their garages however these are used by owner living somewhere else therefor renters have 4 cars are parking all over the forecourt

In therory you can take action but in practice it is sometimes difficult.
It depends on the wording of any document giving them the right to drive across your forecourt. You probably ought to see a local solcitor who can examine the documents and give you advice about your specific issue.
